In the 12 months leading up to December 2021, inflation was higher than the official 7% number in numerous categories:
Energy 29.3% (I can personally vouch for this...I just got my electric bill)
New motor vehicles 11.8%
Used cars 37.3%
Veal 12.6%
Pork 15.1%
Ham 10.5%
Chicken 10.4%
Eggs 11.1%.

Every one of our current problems, from labor to supply chain, from increase crime to inflation, is a direct and predictable result of government, particularly Democrat's government actions. As bad as the overall numbers are, they are much worse in Democrat controlled states and cities.
