The US can enforce C***d related Border restrictions, but cannot enforce workplace mandates designed to protect their own workforce. The Supremes may have missed the chance to help keep workers from getting sick and dying from C***d contracted on-the-job.

The Supremes did their job in not letting Biden make laws (yes, the mandate via OSHA was him making a law). The Executive branch of the government does NOT make laws....Congress (the legislative branch) does. If we let Biden start to make laws, what does that make our country??? Come on...you can figure that out, right? If not, I'll tell you: it makes America a dictatorship. If that's what you want to live under, then you should to live somewhere else, because, unfortunately for you, that's not going to happen here.

We all can agree that contracting C***d presents an occupational danger in the workplace. Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers. As disease and death continue to mount, this court tells OSHA, acting well within the scope of their authority, it cannot respond in the most effective way possible. Did the Supreme Court just overstep its authority over Congress?

Two separate people gave me a chart of time it takes to t***smit an infectious dose of C***d19. This is the no mask part :
with nothing 15 min
with a cloth mask. 20 min with a surgical mask. 30 min
with a N95 mask. 2.5 hours
If both have on a surgical mask, you konw the paper ones, t***smission time is one hour

My aunt Matilda tells me that if we refuse the v*****e, fail to mask up and take common-sense precautions, we have a greater chance of getting sick and dying from C***d.

Masks give people a false sense of security. When you wear a mask, pegw, do you wear it over your mouth, nose and eyes? Because it is just as easy for v***ses to be t***smitted via the eyes as it is the nose and mouth. If someone coughs or sneezes near you, your mask on your mouth/nose will NOT protect you from wh**ever that person is expelling from their body.

Just a word of caution, though: It's not a good idea to wear a mask over your eyes while driving. Please try to remember not to do that.

It enters your body through the upper respitory tract, like your nose or mouth.
Not through the eyes.

Ignores numerous factors like environment and proximity to one another...

Your friend could have been sitting next to a masked carrier and infected in a minute... He simply chose to blame it on the people he wants to blame it on...
