I'd like to know how these exemplary states define "v**er integrity" when the v**er is dead?........or how these states "suppress" the v**e by allowing b****t harvesting?.....I think you've got it mixed up....perhaps the states that have these obvious flaws in their e******n laws should follow the example of the states who indeed have v**er integrity and do not suppress the v**e....
