We should have 4 less justices. Roberts, Sotomayor, kegan and breyer can be removed. 5 justices would be even better.

It could be 5-4 either way while it should be 9-0 to turn down Joe's unconstitutional mandate. Sotomayor is so stupid that I hear she thinks Justice Ginsberg is stil alive and believes that over 100,000 kids are on respirators in hospitals with the W***n v***s. It's very apparent that you have never read the Constitution. It's really very easy to read and understand. If it begins to overwhelm you, get a copy of the Federalist Papers. They were written to explain the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to the U. S. population.
The question at hand is not about fairness, or your fears of getting sick, or of someone in Government wanting to do something about C***d morbitiy. It is about wheather a person in the Whitehouse (or any other politician) can dictate to the United States citizenry. That is what the Constitution was written for. To limit the authority of the Federal Government and protect the people in the several states from tyranny. That is the only question that is before the Supreme Court and that's the only thing they are charged with deciding.

Most people don't see the big picture of our great Constitution. They get mired in the minutiae. You are right. The issue is, can the government dictate what you put in your own body? We know the government does not own our bodies but this administration would like to own your body and soul.

President Trump had every right to use military funds for the boarder wall. It was his job to ensure our safety. I*****l a***ns are a threat to our nation. Terrorists were cought crossing our southern boarder several times. The drugs crossing our boarder are enough of a reason for building a wall. If you honestly can't see that then ask Canada why they have a fence along their boarder.
