Speaking of conspiracies... check out a competent fact check site defending itself against accusations against them by Media Bias Fact Check. Media bias, due to its name, tends to rank high among the "fact checkers' so when you type those two words, you usually get their opinions, and they are opinions.

Checking bias is a wise move but you really need to evaluate how the fact checkers check what they are calling facts.

AHA Changles Diet Doctors Study of Alleged C***d V*****e Risks
The author of this study is a diet doctor
The study was not a random sample AHA stands for American Heart Association
You also failed to provide the data asked which is how many heart attack deaths in athletes in 2019 vrs 2021
