Two things stand out in this article

1. Campaign finance law does not prohibit a national party committee from paying for private legal expenses.
2. It is entirely appropriate for the RNC to continue assisting in fighting back against the Democrats' never ending witch hunt and attacks on him.

It is also worth remembering that lawsuits brought against President Trump have been dismissed, some with prejudice, preventing litigators from filing again.

1. There is a big difference in loosing a case and settling a case. The chairty lawsuit was a red hering to redirect attention from the Exon issue.

2. Trump University was also a settlement.

Both cases happened BEFORE his e******n and President Trump paid the settlements (not an admission of guilt) from his personal funds.

As a gentle reminder, you are the one who introduced lawsuits. It is you, not I, who should know the facts. So, are we now finished with your unsubstantiated accusation?
