Cyber Ninjas, the company that led a partisan review of 2020 b****ts in Arizona, is closing down following a scathing report by e******n officials and the threat of $50,000 a day in fines.

"Cyber Ninjas is shutting down. All employees have been let go," Rod Thomson, the company's representative, said in a text message Thursday evening.

The Florida-based company, founded in 2013, has less than a dozen employees, according to its LinkedIn page.

A reporter for The Guardian earlier Thursday reported Cyber Ninjas' plans to shut down.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah said he would impose a $50,000 fine against Cyber Ninjas every day until it hands over documents related to the so-called audit after the Arizona Republic newspaper filed a public records request, The Associated Press reported Thursday.

Jack Wilenchik, a lawyer for Cyber Ninjas, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.


County e******n officials released a report Wednesday rebutting almost every claim in the b****t review. It concluded that nearly 80 claims made by Cyber Ninjas were misleading or false.

State Senate Republicans hired Cyber Ninjas to conduct an e******n audit of b****ts in Maricopa County, the state's most populous county, after Biden flipped the state to blue for the first time in decades — beating former President Donald Trump by more than 10,400 v**es.


The b****t review grew out of Republican legislators' efforts to overturn Biden's victory, even as Trump's top cybersecurity official at the time said the e******n was “the most secure in American history." Then-Attorney General William Barr also said the Justice Department had found no evidence of widespread v***r f***d.

One question, Lon... if there were no shenanigans, why did Maricopa County stonewall the legislature for months, if not to give themselves time to get rid of evidence? People seem to forget that Biden's actual margin of victory was 43,000 v**es in five swing states that changed the E*******l College. Out of more than 159 million cast. The popular v**e does not mean much; the E*******l v**es do. Here in Georgia, the same Governor Kemp and his brown-nosing Sec/State who swore there was no fraud are now calling for audits. (Seems the guv is up for re-e******n.) He is pathetic. When he was in a tight race three years ago, he swore he would make GA a Constitutional Carry state like the 23 who have already done so. As soon as he was elected the promise got shelved. I got an email from his e******n team today saying he "promises" to make GA a constitutional carry state if he is reelected. Sounds familiar.
Anytime officials stonewall investigations it looks and sounds fishy. If there was nothing to hide, why not just come clean to begin with?

When the e******n was verified several times by auditors an expensive special audit was a waste of time and money. The places that did do that, only proved that trump lost by more v**es.

We'll certainly remember it when they ramp up perfected versions of shutting down f**r e******ns because they have replaced e******ns officials with people that support overturning e******ns with zero evidence in recounts.
