You being a hemorrhoid under glass is funny to me! LOL
When I was Cruising Hermosa Beach, Cal. with my cousin's 56 Chevy (a 427 built to the hilt) in the late 60' and 70's
We kicked butt.

Good for you, what does that have to do with the price of rice in China?

Not much, I must admit. But it is fun reminiscing.
Is their enough rice in China these days?

Rancid brain,
The disparity between crack and coke sentencing should show even you that the government has a plan to keep people locked up.

MY brain is rancid? Compared to YOURS?!! LOL.
There is a big difference in a government plan to keep criminals from harming innocent victims, and your implication that they are incarcerating b****s to generating s***e labor for profit.

Drug use or sales is the main source of incarceration. Violent prisoners are kept in the real prisons mostly.

I don't believe you're understanding this, how is private cheaper? Who do you think is paying them? And how is it possibly cheaper then government run, I'm open to your explanation. yes, I've read what Moldy said, not sure how accurate it is, or the different circumstances of each case, which one would have to go by.

It's been proven how people of color have been biased against in regards to incarceration, that's a tricky statistic though, I have to admit. The labor received from inmates is very limited. What I see as the larger problem for America is wasted productivity versus expense. Will children grow up to not be productive citizens and turn into criminals, they are then a long time expense, a drain. We have to get them while they are kids, figure out how to make children of disparity worthwhile and productive citizens, this really is our only way out of this paper bag, otherwise it is a continuous repetitive cycle.
I don't believe you're understanding this, how is ... (show quote)

your question: how is private cheaper? Who do you think is paying them? And how is it possibly cheaper than government run,
my answer: Are you kidding me? If you want a brick made, it is cheaper, faster, and better done if you pay a contractor to do it than if you pay government employees to do it. If you want a prison run as efficiently as possible, you pay a private company to do it instead of government employees. This has always been true. There are, of course, a whole list of other problems with corruption and risky behavior to increase profits that must be dealt with, but cost wise? There is no comparison.
As to your second paragraph? I completely agree. As long as B****s continue to do the lion's share of the crimes, they will continue to pay the lion's share of the cost through arrests and incarceration. Ever since the 70s, Black children have been victimized by their parents and peers. For three or more generations far too many have been taught falsehoods as t***h. Things such as 'cops are the enemy. If they arrest you they will beat or k**l you. Fight them or run away!' 'You have the right to steal because society h**es you.' 'S***es were freed during the Civil War because they rose up and freed themselves from their White masters.' 'Crime is your only pathway to success'. "Society owes you a good life'. I will leave out the false promises that the Democrats keep feeding them, because it is beside the point. Also, as i said, I agree with your overall point. Children of color should and must be taught the t***h. and should and must be taught how to succeed. This horrible cycle must be broken.
The question is how? Nothing the Democrats have done has helped, as the right keeps pointing out. it has made it worse, and IMO, it was done so deliberately by the Democrats.
I am totally and completely against any sort of race based 'r********ns', except for one. See how you like this idea:
The federal government pays for a Bachelors degree for each and every child of color born since 1950. This will include all direct education costs, books, room & board, and $300 a month for incidentals. The only qualification required is that they graduate high school with a minimum B overall average, and they maintain passing grades throughout their time in college. The program will end on December 31, 2050.
This, I think, will provide sufficient and generous r********ns in the form of an open opportunity to succeed and
EARN a successful life. Not because it is OWED (it isn't) to them, but for the purpose of breaking the cycle, and helping create a generation of happy, productive citizens. Expensive? Yes, but far cheaper than the toll in death and prison and lost productivity we now are dealing with.
What do you think?

It is, and it's not very scientific of me. However, I have never seen anything credible that leads me to believe otherwise. Just the opposite.

As it should be. Alcohol and drug abuse destroys judgement, leading to danger to innocents from stupid mistakes and to crime and violence, If someone can not control their behavior, then they should be segregated from society. Incarceration.

I didn't ask WHAT TYPES of polls were done.

I asked HOW they were done.

That is exactly why they should be watched and not trusted. Just like politicians.

Radiance, with all respect, you need to reword the above post. Because yes, it DOES sound very r****t. I am not defending the Black criminals of whom you speak, but B****s ARE NOT the only ones out there at night, and ALL B****s are not 'wandering the streets'. Please reconsider your words.
Respectfully, Randy.

Appreciated RB, but likely too late for that particular soul.

Is there now something you don't understand about a troll? LOL

As far has percentage on educated and party affiliation...In 2012, Obama won an estimated 46 percent of these v**ers, in 2016 Clinton won 50 percent of them, and in 2020, Biden won {54 percent} of them. That means it's the majority.

White college-educated v**ers have moved toward Democrats (but many still v**e for Trump)
So how does Joe Biden win if he barely improves on Clinton’s performance among non-college-educated white v**ers and does worse than she did among Black, Latino, and Asian v**ers?

It’s because of those gains among white v**ers with a college degree — where he built on and expanded the improvement Clinton had made.
Is there now something you don't understand about ... (show quote)

And also, the educated v**ed AGAINST a certain candidate.
