Is there any reason why we can't arrest the men responsible for B******i? Why yes there is a good reason. Where would they be incarcerated. We can declare them to be terrorists but...

Why yes there is a good reason. Where would they be incarcerated. We can declare them to be terrorists but Obama has said he doesn't want any more people there. He can't put them in a mainland jail of any kind because as soon as they get in one of those they have to have the same rights the rest of us do.

I heard on TV today that they know who 12 of them were and have since October but just can't arrest them. I say the main reason is that Obama can't stand to have then testifying since they may say something that might just make him look bad. Do any of you agree with me about that?

I am sure that he is the main reason, but who knows? He knows nothing about the scandals that are popping up daily, or so he says, and that would indicate that he doesn't know anything about where these men could be held and tried.

I intended agreement with you with what I said. I really don't think that he and his people want to take a chance with those people on the stand in a court of justice. I also don't think they know where to hold them waiting their trials since he was back at closing Gitmo again today. As long as they aren there they can be tried in military courts without many rights but if they get stuck in civilian jails they immediately become eligible for all the rights of all people in this nation.
