Do you participate in the "present helped invasion course"? Critical Race Theory is a discussion taking place among legal scholars about our multiracial democracy. It is unlikely you would qualify for entry into that discussion group.

It’s a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. Find it, read it, learn it. There would be far less issues to disagree on if you only understood the difference. CRT is nothing more than reverse discrimination.

Or so that is what is said to deflect from its real intent…

I am an active District manager for my district with The convention of States and I’m very comfortable in that position. I can only offer my assistance to One organization if I intend to actually apply myself to it giving all it needs.

Does a District manager ever engage with legal scholars in discussing CRT? What do you think is the "real intent" behind such discussions?

Are the legal scholars also Constitutional scholars and scholars of history? If not, do they at least understand the Constitution and history of our great nation? I’d like to know a couple names of the legal scholars you respect that are participating in the CRT discussion you previously mentioned. The real intent is to continue the division of our country. I apologize for inserting myself in your discussion with lindajoy.

To continue the division of our country is the intent of politicians hell bent on gaining and holding power. The intent of most posters on OPP is to help the GOP in this effort. I do not participate in CRT discussions, but I agree with need to understand our history.

Congratulations Democrats as you have the record homicide rates in all major democratic ran cities in 2021! Record number of f******l coming across the border and accounting for 100,000 deaths also. Congratulations to you on that as well!

In a perfect world all the deaths would be Democrats and sooner or later it would be a numbers game to where they wouldn’t have the power! Then Republicans would be in control, crime would be under control, Our border secure, drastically reduce drugs coming across the border, thousands of lives saved, and people would be arrested and locked up so they couldn’t go out and keep k*****g!

Chicago hit the record once again which proves black lives don’t matter. B*M was hijacked its nothing more than a d******c t*******t organization. Why aren’t b****s doing something about soaring murder rates in Chicago? Why doesn’t black on black crime matter? Why don’t black l***s m****r when they k**l each other? Why does it only matter when a white person k**ls a black then it’s a national outcry? This is why things are so screwed up because these are mostly democratic problems and Democrats fan the flames of r****m and h**e! FACT!!🤮

Just more proof how great of a President Trump was and how Democrats can’t run anything!👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Congratulations Democrats as you have the record h... (show quote)

You obviously do not understand the purpose of the Convention of States. But to answer your question Yes, they work with state legislators for the purpose of proposing amendments to the constitution.. It is not a constitutional convention in and of itself… Article v of the constitution empowers such a convention to propose constitutional amendments to correct federal they say dysfunction, I say screw ups and any proposal would have to be ratified by 3/4 of the states. That is what the convention works to achieve.. Along with proposals of amendments to be ratified by popular convention in each state when it’s a state matter. And ratified by state legislators
of course..There’s plenty more to it but I won’t waste your time with that.

Relative to your question yes they are actively involved in a lot of educational issues such as advocating for the right of school choice, vs CRT per se, school accountability, and teachers right through the same level of accountability. Also the development of more charter schools, educator accountability and public school report cards. CRT? That falls under the schools briefing materials…
Let me just tell you I attended a number of school board meetings with parents even though I don’t have a child in school about the CRT program. They announced they were going to develop it and bring it in, the parents not approving and fought it. Cherry Creek being an affluent area with big money, came in with their own attorneys and ultimately long story short CRT was not brought into the curriculum… Loss of head count for federal funds got their attention more than the issues of debate… Pretty sad don’t you think… Always money, follow the money.
Let me preface this by saying in that capacity I was not representing the Convention of States, I was representing my personal opinion about it and because my son graduated from Cherry Creek as has my nephew…

What really attracted me to them was there a fight for term limits something I strenuously support. But thanks for inquiring.

Did you or anyone you know review the teaching materials related to CRT ? Why would it be bad to expose students who actually use critical thinking in their approach to education to have a CRT course as an elective?

B****ts Counted
▪️Biden | 81,283,098
▪️Trump | 74,222,958

A 4.5% difference. Remember, b****ts counted is not the same as v**es cast. But we’ll never know, will we?
