Using money you earned (that was taxed) you purchased land (more taxes) and are now forced to pay taxes on the value of something that you already own... I pay income tax... Used to pay business tax... And there is a one time tax on property (3~5% of the value of the purchase)... Although calling it one time is not entirely accurate... It will be taxes again after 70 years...
