This article is a blatant attempt to normalize and make acceptable the idea that the end justifies the means. It doesn't and never will. Accepting the goal while ignoring the process is not a fix.

The fix is a push toward eliminating or shining a light on unproven and unsubstantiated lies and BS.
The side that tries to provide the t***h gets facts shot down by the side that doesn't have a clue how to tell facts from fiction.

D's and R's don't think of the consequences long term when trying to make policy. Neither party is willing to step back and see a solution that does not create "bad side effects". Compromise? No. That leads to frustrated feelings and distrust.
Maybe if both sides used more of their brains to create solutions that really work for the betterment of our Country, we wouldn't have such divide. Instead, feelings and p***e get in the way. Just my opinion.
