If it wasn’t damaging, Trump would do everything in his power to release all of the records and encourage his staff to testify publicly under oath. Why wouldn’t he?

Just for the sake of logical argument (Jftsola), I say that there might be something _else_ revealed in such records and such testimony, that shouldn't be revealed and is not necessary nor relevant to the current topic.
Also, jftsola, recall the 5th Amendment, not as a literal legal item but as a reasoning.

What reason would he have to do that! Everything that’s been alleged against him has been proven false. The MSM have even posted some, but not much of this.
