I think it is part of Obama's "fundamental restructuring of America". They need to load the country with as many non-Americans as possible as fast as they can... while they can. If they can load the nation with people who have no relationship to American history and the concept of freedom as we have known it, they will have an easier time forcing those of us who are traditionally American into their restructured mold. They will have a substantial population who have no idea what they are losing.
