I agree totally with you. And if it was sooo pressing the world should cut off China and India (who do 60% of the polution ) and not trade with them until they clean up their emissions. That's why I think it a bunch of crap

Price of used gasoline cars already high. About to get higher. Americans will develop a cottage industry of recycling old cars like they do in Cuba with old 50s cars. Over there its illegal to junk a car. (-:
