When you have to spend half a trillion or more to get information and intel, you are in the wrong business and your abilities are a joke; thus, the FBI and who can trust them anyway?? How much of that cash actually goes to informants and how much goes into FBI agency pockets????

Informants are necessary and sometimes should be paid, however, there should be clear tracking of the money and the value received that justified the expense.

There is no doubt that they are, in fact, acting as undercover "agents" of the FBI.
There can no longer be any reasonable doubt that upper management at the FBI has gone Full Rouge.
