The “quota” would be the entire population of Mexico, most of Central America and Haiti, and wh**ever any “sh!thole” country (especially Middle Eastern) wants to send.

Since Mexicans appear to prefer the U.S., we should annex Mexico as a state and have them draw their “free everything” without ever having to leave their homes.

Many Mexicans will (defiantly) want to work. Clearly, they have a compulsion to roof, do framing construction, trim trees and do general yard work and landscaping. Thus, their income will be taxed heavily in order to support “free everything” for everyone.

All goods, services and incomes within the former country of Mexico, shall remain the same as before annexation. This is so rich folks, in the former 50 states, can go “down there” to get low cost dental work and cheap body sculpting; plus, cheap leather goods, ceramics and car painting/waxing.
