If I was Putin or Xi and I was planning some crap, that might displease the US of A, I would do it while Joe and his laptop generals were calling the shots. There are still parts of the Ukraine that Putin doesn't have yet. Taiwan is just a sitting out there in the Pacific Ocean waiting to be conquered. Opportunity like this doesn't come every day or even every decade. Afghanistan exposed the US as a paper tiger. As Putin showed when he took Crimea, once you take something, nobody is going to make you give it back.
That was Saddam Hussein's screw up when he conquered Kuwait. If only he had waited for a Democratic US President, Iraq would still have Kuwait and Saddam would still be alive.
