Has anyone else been contacted by the CDC for a survey?
I politely ended the phone call when it was only multiple choice answers to choose from.

I asked if all of the answers were multiple choice and the answer was yes.
If there was opportunity for one of my own thoughts, the survey person didn't say that.
They called back at dinner time last night trying to bully me into completing the survey.
