He broke three very basic gun safety rules....and someone should have called him on it right then and there. If I was one of those jurors (who he aimed the gun point-blank at) or anyone in the courtroom who had to look down the barrel of that gun, I would have hit the floor because #1...If you are handed a gun, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure it is unloaded, even if you are told it is unloaded - (assume every gun you are handed is loaded); #2...Never point a gun at someone or something you don't intend to k**l or destroy; and #3...NEVER put your finger on the trigger unless you are absolutely ready to shoot the gun.
