As Thanksgiving Day graces itself upon us,
It brings up some facts, quite profound.
We may think that we're poor, or not worthy,
Perhaps even insecure,
But in t***h, our riches astound and abound…
We have friends and family we love;
We have guidance from heaven above.
We have so much more
Than they sell in a store, online or in corner shops,
We're wealthy, and yes even wealthier when we turn and see that special something or someone.. Thanks told that can never be erased embedded in our mind and soul.
Grateful ever so much,
So add up your blessings, I say;
Make Thanksgiving last more than a day.
Enjoy what you've got;
Realize it's a lot,
And everything else will just go away…
