Mrs. Bunker, and I were having a conversation about the deteriorating conditions of our bodies as we age. You know, arthritic hands, saggy skin, all that stuff.
As a woman, these things seem to bother her a great deal, and the only reasonable response besides how beautiful she is to me after a long conversation was:
"Hey! At least you ain't fat!"

She laughed, kissed me on the cheek, and left the room....

This could possibly be my last post here!

Awww, Linda, you know how good I take care of my gal!❤ I'm pretty sure I told you how I got her a mini-fridge to go beside my chair so she doesn't have to keep getting off the mower to come in, and get me a beer.😁
Got up early, and shot some quail. Quail, and ribeyes for supper tonight. Moved out the washer, and dryer so I can put in the new ones when they deliver them between 8, and 5 today. (Annoying)
I just gotta go do a scrub on the empty laundry room, and I'm golden!

IF they show up with our delivery.

There were nefarious reasons for me buying new appliances, t***h be told. Something is haywire in my rightwing head, I guess.
My stepdaughter who is a year out of prison, and her husband (who is black) are spending 60 bucks a month to rent these things.
This is my 10th second chance with that girl, but I believe she's gonna make a go of it this time. I have hope. So, they can have our old ones, and we get new ones that should last the rest of our lives.
