President Biden and Speaker Pelosi must be extremely happy tonight. There were 17 GOP senators who v**ed, and 13 GOP Representatives who v**ed. These are the t*****rs who still h**e president Trump.

List of GOP Congressmen t*****rs who supported.
• Rep. Don Bacon of Nebraska
• Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania
• Rep. Andrew Garbarino of New York
• Rep. Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio
• Rep. John Katko of New York
• Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois
• Rep. Nicole Malliotakis of New York
• Rep. David McKinley of West Virginia
• Rep. Tom Reed of New York
• Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey
• Rep. Fred Upton of Michigan
• Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey
• Rep. Don Young of Alaska

The list of GOP t*****r Senators who supported.
• Roy Blunt of Missouri
• Richard Burr of North Carolina
• Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia
• Bill Cassidy of Louisiana
• Susan Collins of Maine
• Kevin Cramer of North Dakota
• Mike Crapo of Idaho
• Lindsey Graham of South Carolina
• Chuck Grassley of Iowa
• John Hoeven of North Dakota
• Mitch McConnell of Kentucky
• Lisa Murkowski of Alaska
• Rob Portman of Ohio
• Jim Risch of Idaho
• Mitt Romney of Utah
• Thom Tillis of North Carolina
• Todd Young of Indiana

-------------
The proposal, which came after weeks of negotiations between a bipartisan group of lawmakers and the White House, includes $73 billion to rebuild the electric grid, $66 billion in passenger and freight rail, $65 billion to expand broadband Internet access, $55 billion for water infrastructure, $40 billion to fix bridges, $39 billion to modernize public t***sit like buses and $7.5 billion to create the first federal network of charging stations for electric vehicles.

The problem here is there is no budget itemization how and where the $1.2 trillion is to be expended.

The total of the disclosed budgeted amount is only $345.50 billion. Where is the $855 billion? What projects are they for?

They did not disclose the rest of the projects that needed to spend the money.

The Proper Procedure Should Be:
To appropriate expenditure, there must be specific project disclosed and the budgeted amount to be spent. But these reckless spending is not the way to do to it. It is dishonest and deceptive. Against accounting and budgeting procedure.

Before the representatives and senators approve this $1.2 trillion, they must seek the budget how much each project would cost. It must be detailed. Specific description of the projects and all the detailed cost must be budgeted, reviewed, and analyzed before they present for approval. Congress and the Senate are responsible to read, review before approving.

I put this up , I thought this $1.2 trillion infrastructure is very important. If nobody is interested that's alright. The money spent is part of the taxes that we pay, that is why I put it up.

Without proper budget, accounting, and disclosures, so much corruptions and fraud could happen.

Congress Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy must be very disappointed. So am I. I had been communicating with him at FB, NOT to approve this bill. He was very receptive and he promised. Now 13 t*****rs did not listen. Do they still h**e president Trump?

The theory sounds very commendable. In practice it will mostly end up in the pockets of Democrat campaign contributors.
