Coalition of states strike back, will sue Biden admin to block vax mandates

October 31, 2021
by
Ryan Ledendecker

While President Joe Biden and his administration — and most Dems — continue to push C****-** v*****e mandates on virtually every American they can, a growing number of states have apparently had enough.

According to Fox News, a coalition of at least 10 states, as of this writing, have banded together to file suit against the Biden administration in an attempt to block C****-** v*****e mandates for federal workers and contractors.

The attorneys general of the 10 states involved in the lawsuit argues that v*****e mandates for federal workers and contractors will be detrimental to their states’ economies, as they expect a large number of said workers to ultimately leave their jobs if it comes to choosing between the v*****e and their employment.

“Far from increasing economy and efficiency in procurement, the contractor v*****e mandate will have deleterious effects on economy and inefficiency by causing the large-scale resignations of unv******ted employees of federal contractors,” the AG’s wrote.

I do not have much hope there. They have been intimidated and Roberts is owned.

Same here. And it worries me because if they uphold the mandates, it will be full steam ahead for progressives to keep stomping on the Constitution and chipping away at our freedoms.

They have dodged every controversial issue.

Slowjoe's committee to consider packing the court is serving to intimidate the court without actually DOING anything. Their mere existence is enough.

It really doesn't matter how many states are suing about the mandates
What matters is that the unvaxed are putting prople in jeopardy. You can't harm another person. Thaat is a basic tenant of law. There is a 1905 Supreme court case that said government can require v******tions. The case was about forced v******tions. In it court said the government can force v******tions. This is a done deal. V*****e win

Explain why you believe unv******ted people are 'putting people in jeopardy'.

The unvaxed can get and spread a disease that has k**led more than 750,000 thousnd people in the US alone. There were 85,000 newly diagnosed cases yesterday in the US. Almost all of them were unvaxed. Then there is 5 he long haulers. About ten % to 30% of C***d cases result in long haul C***d, this goes up to 50% of all people that end up in the ICU. Stats are from a YouTube vidio from Johnsons Associates of Texas, but this probably is also on the internet

First: May I advise you to use the "quote reply" button so folks will know to whom you are responding.

Second: I pretty much dismiss anyone who quotes data/numbers but does not include a link to show where they got the info. As I have often posted on this matter: Don't expect others to do your work for you.

As far as 'getting and spreading':

If they are infecting other unv******ted people - so? It is each persons choice whether or not to get v******ted.

If you have been v******ted, then why be concerned about those who haven't been - isn't that why one gets v******ted?
