Most women don't realize they are pregnant until the fourth and seventh week into the pregnancy -therefore those that do not arrive at the realization of being pregnant at the seventh week are virtually criminalized ,persecuted,and prosecuted through no fault of their own ,due to Amy's and the Supreme courts ruling that life begins at conception and with the simple noise of a faint heartbeat, also , they solved that much debated philosophical argument as to when life begins , Amy and this supreme court solved this conundrum d after many, many decades of pain staking ,discussions as to when life begins, it begins when you can hear what they determine as the fetuses heartbeat ; which reminds me
of conservative Republican hypocrisy , having in mind them ruling on a case that life had ended for Terri Schiavo
,whom was determined that she was no longer a viable life even though she had a heartbeat , but was virtually a vegetable having been ruled brain dead ;her mother didn't want to pull the plug but the husband went to court and the conservative social environment [ the Bush administrations ] supported the idea of euthanasia and Terri's life was ended despite the fact of her still having a vibrant heartbeat. There were probably a lot of other considerations that determine the out come of the decision [ cost effective decisions ] knowing those elements of the country, and how they think, although this decision came about due to the idea of white male supremacy or dominance, and him denying every one the privilege of being independent of his rule as oppose to the Idea of total freedom and self determination has to how you want to live your life ; you know ,he wants the female to stay home barefoot and pregnant amongst other things.

Should governments make laws to protect the lives of preborn children?

This raises other questions:
Should the preborn child be protected from the moment of conception to the moment of birth, or only from some later point in the pregnancy?
What should the preborn child be called--a "fetus," a "preborn child," an "unborn child,' or a "baby"?
What kind of penalties should attach to taking the life of a preborn child?

For those who do not think governments should make laws protecting the lives of preborn children, other questions remain:
Should Government pay for women to have a******ns?
Should physicians and other healthcare providers who think a******n is morally wrong be compelled to perform a******ns?
Should government policies promote or discourage a******ns (including educational policies or policies regarding aid to other nations)?

Should the carelessness of two consenting adults force others to violate their morals or personal code of ethics? It is the responsibility of those engaging in sex outside of marriage which results in unwanted children to become and hence the problem to be placed on others.

Several options: (1) Follow God’s law of no sex before marriage, (2) practice birth control if you wish to disobey the law or (3) make a personal commitment to marry the one you have chosen to engage in sex with.
