We don't know if the v*****e is ineffective to the Delta+ vatrient yet. Thete just isn't any data to base an opinion on.
I went on the internet and looked up Waterford, Ireland. They are 99.7% v******ted, but they do have the highest case rate in Ireland, but it is not a major brrakout. One of the GP in Waterford said there is not a single reason gor the breakout.

V******ted People Easily T***smit C****-** Delta Variant in Households: UK Study
The Delta C****-** variant can easily t***smit from v******ted people to their household members, said a recent UK study, although its researchers concluded that v******tions and boosters are the way forward.

A year-long study from the Imperial College London published in The Lancet on Thursday found that the Delta variant is still highly t***smissible within a v******ted population.

“By carrying out repeated and frequent sampling from contacts of C****-** cases, we found that v******ted people can contract and pass on an infection within households, including to v******ted household members,” Dr. Anika Singanayagam, co-lead author of the study, said in a statement.

The findings, Singanayagam added, provide some insight into why the Delta variant is “continuing to cause high C****-** case numbers … even in countries with high v******tion rates.”

An analysis found that the v***l load declined most rapidly for those who were v******ted with the Delta variant compared with those who are unv******ted, according to the researchers.

But the peak levels of the CCP (Chinese C*******t Party) v***s, which causes C****-**, in v******ted people were similar to levels in unv******ted people, they found, adding that it might be the reason why the Delta variant can spread despite v******tion.
