Really? The qualities of a leader involve determining what the cause of something is, and if the cause is unions and the attitudes of workers then that is not "blaming" someone for something that is not your fault.
The right is so used to needing a scapegoat to place blame for their stupidity, that they forget that blame for things is part of real world problem solving.
There are times when a spade has to be called a spade.

So the problems with shipping and unloading delays are apparently tied to Union negotiations, the union mysteriously encounters delays and backed up shipping whenever they are trying to negotiate...which is exactly what is going on now.
So Biden correctly determines that the shipping problems involve union workers, and the right gets their panties in a bunch and calls Biden a bad leader for blaming workers who are in fact the problem.
