It would appear that Russia is going through some of the things our we the peoples are putting this country through. Their people have a fear and hesitancy of v*****es that is worse than we are seeing in this country...not surprising. Russia is experiencing the worst surge in deaths in Europe.
Putin, in reality having substantially more control than our democratic presidents do here, is weighing partial lockdown mandates and stay at home type orders for percentages of workers at companies.
