Florida and Texas are reporting a tremendous surge in C***d infections. Why are the governors issuing mandates contrary to the advice of medical professionals?
GOP Governors and Legislators have realized that allowing C***d to spread - k*****g people, overloading the healthcare system, and preventing economic recovery - means that they can blame Biden: it IS, after all, the Biden Administration, NOT the Abbott or DeSantis Administration.

OTOH, if Biden tries to exercise emergency power - Roosevelt-style - to mandate action, they’ll cry about ‘gubmint overreach,’ and a C****e Welfare/Healthcare State, and a ‘Second War of Northern Aggression.’

It’s the same way Trump turned Afghanistan into a Kobayashi Maru scenario, allowing him, and the GOP, to castigate wh**ever decisions Biden had to make.
