Meanwhile at this point in time a******n is constitutionally legal, it is the law of the land and we are talking about states stomping on the constitution and conservative court judges allowing them to, which opens the door to liberal states to walk on gun rights the same way.
Courts are not protecting the rule of law as pertains to the constitution and that can bite you all on the bare butt on issues dear to your hearts.

Let me correct that for you: a******n is constitutionally protected by the 14th Amendment, but the states are allowed to have differing laws and restrictions regarding its practice.
Make no mistake they are not conservative judges, they are non activist judges..... you know the ones that don't work for the demonrats.
