Of these comments.... more or less yes... but the equipment was a real problem.. was given to the Afghan forces over 20 years. It was intended to be used by them to keep the taliban and other terrorist's group at bay.. when the crime bosses in control grabbed the money and ran, the military had no incentive to fight on. If they ever had.. so in the very end, it would have been best to destroy the equipment rather then let it fall into the hands of the Taliban. but by the time the government ran for the luxury and safety that the money bought them , it was no longer feasible to destroy that equipment..

So all this BS leaves the dead Americans and the fortune spent over those 20 years nothing but a bad joke and further strengthens Russia as the major force in the mid east..

Do you continue to think I was ever pleased with the way this developed?? Sure as hell not. I made that clear from day one..
I ranted about talks of withdrawal talks which excluded the government of the occupied country. I railed against putting trust in the actions of our sworn enemy. And mostly I was outraged at the stupidity of how the actual withdrawal was done..

so, you want to know who I blame.. both trump and Biden.... trump was the usual fool, once more giving Putin and Russia what they wanted and that alone will be trouble for years down the road..

Biden,,, I can not find suitable words.. 20 years we made mistake after mistake in Afghanistan and for about 15 of those years we were well warned about the Taliban biding time and building forces as they waited for our withdrawal. which they knew would be coming at some point. and the total corruption of the crime lords we allowed to control the country.. yet letting all the worst of the worst happen as we simply watched..

Darn right it makes me mad.. and not only at trump or only at biden.. Include all the way back to Bush jr..

It seems only the war industry was ever pleased with the fiasco we allowed to happen..

yes I did... the latest I thought you wanted to know what success was to me personally not the majority.

We all have different views, but the overall view is easy to determan.. Money matters.. for most people it is the determining factor. On OPP for example any posting of intelligence/education/SUCCESS ends up talking about money. both side do this and it must be most consider money to be the standard for success.

Since Trump did not have anything to do with the manufacture or importation (he stopped incoming flights from China in January 2020, and all other countries in March, 2020) of C****-**, and on the advice of Doctors F***i and Birx; closed down the nation's businesses except for "essential workers", so the Jobs Lost and the amount of people that died were unfortunate, yet unavoidable due to the nature of a "novel c****av***s" that was highly contagious ( and deadly for the elderly and health-c*********d) that scientists were trying to identify and get a v*****e and treatments developed for.

The C****-** deaths for 2021 have already exceeded those for 2020 by the way.
