He manages to increase his wealth during crises. If he can aid in the tanking our economy using the Democrat Apparatik, he will do it. For him this strategy would pay back his investment many times over. When the economy tanks, those with the money swoop in and confiscate the properties and wealth of those who try to hang on! Some people can never have enough wealth. George Soros, Hillary Clinton, Bill Gates, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden and Barack Obama are classic examples
