There are several problems with the public school system.

One is they are run by the American C*******t Party! Who's plan is the demise of America and they are
doing a fantastic job!

If you haven't picked up on it by now, I am a staunch opponent of the public school system and a strong advocate for homeschooling.

I won't spend this time explaining why I'm against one and for the other, but as you continue reading the content on this site, you'll slowly uncover some of the reasons. Maybe one day I can lay out a concise case for why if any are interested. If this is something you'd like to see in the future, just drop a comment.

One of the problems with the school system the way it is today is that they have made it easier to get through grades. When I was in school, we had four-letter grades, A, B, C, and F. There was no D. If you got below a 70 or a C, you were failing. I was honestly surprised to learn that schools actually had Ds or numerical grades that were in the 60s as passing grades.

A school in Minnesota is trying to make it even easier to pass by implementing a grading system that is supposed to eliminate "s******c r****m". However, they are failing to see that this policy to fight r****m...is r****t.

With this system, America will never turn out any engineers, doctors, or scientists, ever. All of the graduates will
be on welfare for life.

candidates.

I agree with you. There has to be a system in schools to measure progress "successfully". I'm a counselor and have contact with a lot of people. I'm appalled when I see some of the writing, spelling and use of grammar at times. Now I understand a struggle, I worked hard to maintain a 3.69 GPA. My friend didn't seem to have to work at all. But we can't keep passing people up in grades like this. It doesn't help them or society.

Considering the large number of teachers who teach in grade school and have no concept of spelling and grammar, it does not surprise me one bit that the children learn very little in grade school except the propaganda of the Marxist government. While they are probably woke they are really in a great slumber mode.
