The courts are of no help to the Serfs.
They are bought and paid for.
Everyone in the medical knows that natural immunity from having had the disease
is the only truly effective defense against it. But no, a bought judge knows better than the whole medical world.
Does not matter , the evil ones own the courts. And the Constitution is gone too. And if this continues,
you will be gone too.

But the REAL point is , that in cases like this the verdict is determined BEFORE the case is heard.
May as well save millions of dollars, and just close all the courts, then have one Commissar of the Ministry
of T***h rule on all cases.

Judges always have choices when it comes to medical issues. For example they can mandate treatment as opposed to incarceration in some medical and/or mental health issues.

The supply chain interruptions are making it difficult to get many things, ammo in particular.
Biden is obviously an elderly, fading human, unable to communicate with anyone about anything. Somebody is running this county but I can only guess who it is....BHO?
It is time to consider many things, primarily your financial security, personal safety and longevity.
These authoritarian dinks will not quit until they meet resistance.

It matters, too, exactly what the case was based on and how it was presented and argued.

The law? Where is the LAW that says we have to take that shot? Even more disturbing, is, where is the signed executive order?
You need to shut up since you obviously have no idea about what a LAW is. Where is the bill that was v**ed on by Congress, v**ed on by the Senate, and signed by the President, making it the LAW that people be forced to partake in a medical experiment?
