Garland doesn't want to touch this whole going after trump thing, but the fact of the matter is you are showing bias by not going after anyone that appears to have violated laws.

The right will of course scream and yell about bias when charges are brought, but that is what the DOJ does...they prosecute whenever someone appears to have broken the law. And since trump did everything in such an openly blatant manner Garland has no choice but to respond to and act on referrals.

If that doj's job is to prosecute people that's broken the law , then Merrick Garland needs to bring charges against himself , for what was just brought to light. He is considering using federal tax dollars , BY having the FBI prosecute parents for nothing more than speaking their mind and protecting their children at school board meetings , and which they have all rights to do . Was just brought to light the reason behind this , is the fact that his son-in-law owns a company called "panorama " , a billion dollar company , which sells critical race theory books to school districts all across the country. You want to talk about crooked , abusive government officials, this is an example of crooked at its finest on display. This time he's padding the pockets of his own personal family members .Donald Trump has done not one thing that is illegal , and that's what just burns you , and the remainder of the Demonrats butt cheeks , is the fact that all the things that they've tried to get Trump on , you have been complete failures , just like the administration that is currently in office.
