It is counter intuitive that Democrats are good for gun sales and rising oil and gasoline prices, but you cannot dispute history.

Looking at getting a .38 special Smith & Wesson. Need to go to a gun range to learn how to use it effectively.

One of the best, but get a 4 inch barrel.

It's hard to beat a S&W model 15, aka Combat Masterpiece.

A not well publicized study from the CDC that the anti-freedom gun hating crowd h**es to see mentioned:

"Although definitions of defensive gun use vary, it is generally defined as the use of a firearm to protect and defend one’s self, family, others, and/or property against crime or victimization.

Estimates of defensive gun use vary depending on the questions asked, populations studied, timeframe, and other factors related to the design of studies. The report Priorities for Research to Reduce the Threat of Firearm-Related Violence indicates a range of 60,000 to 2.5 million defensive gun uses each year."

And the Supreme Court is due to take up a case where the issue is whether the plain words of the Second Amendment, the “right to keep and bear arms” mean what they say.
NY and Cali don’t issue concealed carry permits so ppl have no protection outside their house.

Captainwalt, "mean what they say" . The most worrisome words I have seen in print for a long time.
Thanks for that info. I knew it would come in some form but did not know it was due to be taken
up quite this soon. Truly a pitiful damn shame.
But again Walt, no surprise whatsoever on my end.

San Bernardino and Riverside County Sheriff's have been giving them out at a 97% rate. Only way you won't get it is if your not a primary resident, or you beat your spouse or have felonies. Last time I renewed San Bernardino County had issued around 15 thousand and Riverside was catching up. That is not many considering San Bernardino has 2.1 million residents. Most people think it is like LA County and San Diego County. Our instructor answered a question of "so when we carry" said " when you carry? You just had the government up your ass with a microscope. We want you to always carry" So I do.

WOW! Good info to have. Now how can I prove I’m a ‘primary resident’?
Esp if I own real estate in the Bay Area.
I think I’ll wait till the SCOTUS rules on the pending cases.
Living here makes me feel like a second class citizen. I can’t buy any of the cool handguns cuz Cali’s AG puts them on the roster. And the last remaining gun range to practice shooting is almost 100 miles away. They keep closing up. Wonder why. Hmmm 🤔🤔
