Some restaurants require a jacket in order to be seated, almost all places of business require shirts and shoes to enter. Even nudist colonies require guests to put towels down when they sit on the furniture. These requirements in some instances are buy the business and others by health code. Why do the whiners feel a mask mandate is any different?

If you need to ask this question then you're beyond help and have no knowledge of our Constitution, declaration of Independence or the Bill of Rights.. And The Supreme Court of the United States rulings..

Requirements of patrons by a business on their own property is one thing. Federal mandates on businesses or citizens using government police powers to enforce their mandates is another and is f*****m.

As far as the question of constitutionality, I suppose, since many have deemed the constitution as fluid, that everything in their minds is constitutional if they deem it so. Once something is deemed constitutional, due to precedent, it is always constitutional. That is the road we have been going down for a hundred years. That is why our freedoms, rights and privacy have been dying from the death of a thousand cuts as federal government power and overreach grows.

While do you feel the need to attack people for whining about f*****m?

Does a mask work? What purpose does it serve besides showing compliance?

I think customers should be able to tell restaurants that they can refuse to wear masks, shirts, or shoes. Right now thanks to Democrats, customers can tell businesses to add items to their menus. If those items are not added to the menus those customers can get the businesses fined and shut down, so why quibble over masks, shirts, shoes, or even pants ? I am specifically referring to forcing businesses to add Gay Wedding Cakes to their menus.

Because being topless in public where there are small children is offensive to almost every adult in this country. It's obscene and offensive to show private areas to pubic. There's adult only strip clubs for that.
