Mandate Unconstitutional Overreach by Universities

Just finished reading an article about a student, which allegedly, the student in question has paid $70,000.00 at a Cal State University and after only one week into the semester has received a threat which would have him removed from online access to all of the courses he has already paid for..

If this allegation is true, this would constitute and unconstitutional mandate compromising the young man's civil liberties..

The fact that the student has already paid in full for his schooling for the semester seems to be enough to allow the student to continue his education..

The additional fact that all of his courses are online, which does not require his presence on campus for any of his classes, only confirms the egregious nature of the threat to remove him from his courses he's already paid for, by mandating an unreasonable request for a v*****e form..

As we still live in a constitutional republic, is it the right of the citizen to decide whether or not they feel the v*****e is in their best interest..

Since the student does not require on campus access to any facilities provided by the University, the request is unreasonable as he poses no threat to spreading any v***s on campus as his courses are all online and done in a home setting venue...

In the case of this student, university has way overstepped any authority they may feel they have by mandating v******tion..

The University is a setting for higher learning and not an enforcement agency for unconstitutional mandates made by any Administration which infringes on the civil liberties of all Americans...

This is yet one example of how mandating anything in a constitutional republic can go dreadfully wrong..

If the university feels that they do not wish to continue providing the young man with his already paid for courses, they should then issue him a complete and full refund of all monies paid in to satisfy the courses he's signed up for and decided to pursue..

I'm hopeful that this is not the direction that our nations path is heading, although it would appear that this is the case... It is time for all Americans in a bipartisan manner to step forward and stop this egregious tyrannical rule before it is too late...

No science currently exists which proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that the v*****es offered are completely effective, which will eliminate the v***s or its spread.. case in point a fully v******ted young woman succumb to the v***s recently, suggesting more science is needed before offering any type of v*****e or therapeutics to the American public.. even with the science, unless it's determined 100% that the v*****e is the only way to stop the spread of such a lethal v***s should any type of mandate be considered...

The v***s is a man-made concoction splicing a bat genome into the c****a or SARS v***s, which allowed g**n of f******n of the v***s to be spread from human to human..

Due to the nature of the origin of the v***s, it should also be mandated that accountability along with severe penalties for all those involved with creating the man-made v***s and it's initial spreading, which has resulted in severe illness and death worldwide, be pursued with earnest, swiftly bringing to Justice all those responsible for creating such a despicable act against the world and its population..

This is needed to assist with ensuring that the culprits responsible for the current p******c will not be allowed the opportunity to create yet another v***s which can be unleashed upon the population of the world..

This will go a long way with prevention and eliminating the need for a university to unconstitutionally mandate from its students any kind of v******tion they may feel necessary..

The danger still exists as long as those responsible for it's creation are at Large, much like the danger of a uncaptured murderer or rapist in any community, only much more severe...

The student should sue for his money back and the loss of time on his education as he will lose at least a semester of time because it is to late to t***sfer to another college where freedom is honored. A couple of million ought to be enough.
