I see the issue as do "We The People" have any control over what is going on?
I see it as "We The People" don't have any control over what is going on.
I see it as "We The People" are too divided to ever have any control over what is going on.
We can not even agree on just what the problem is & who is behind what is going on.
"We The People" are for the most part are irrelevant to the people with the real power.

We the people don't v**e; sit home and watch the i***t box after after hour, never watching the news or concerned about our country, and then griping about how bad things are. We the people that do v**e, usually v**e on charisma, looks, speech presentation , etc. We as a nation had better wake up because we are in deep trouble: the frog in the pot with the heat slowly turned up.

We the sheeple have been so thoroughly indoctrinated we will probably continue to elect the same ones who are in now or others like them

I would just tone your statement down a bit.
We all seek to find a area of life that gives us a bit of well being.
When we find our little corner of the world that gives us that we tend to want to keep what we have & resist changes that we are not sure of.
We become sheep when we close our minds & let our self support those that would keep us divided on issues.
