#1 is correct , it is a fluid document with provisions in it for updating it.
But we can’t have Donald trump doing it all by himself !

Liberals don't operate on believing things, they tend to know things to be fact...and the constitution is a set of guidelines that has the fluidity to adapt to changing times built into the mechanism.

It's not fluid enough to be changed or ignored on a whim ala St. Obama or Creepy Joe. There are procedures to be followed. Law based on the constitution is NOT a suggestion as some dopes think it is. Want a change? Do it right.

But it's ok for obama to try to change it all by himself (DACA) ? Bottom line it is not ok for ANY president to change by himself/herself. The fact that you happen to agree with one side or the other does not change that.

There is a difference between redefining the meanings of the words to bypass the amendment process and actually amending the document.

"...regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes." does not mean regulations on everything from toilets and toasters.

"promote the general welfare,” does not mean provide free stuff.

Yes, a HUGE and cumbersome difference for amendments. Thank you founders! Originalist interpretation is what we want and have at SCOTUS now.

Will someone please tell STUPID that President Trump is not in Office anymore.
