Typical l*****t logic: I v**ed for him because I can't stand Trump

So?
I remember hearing that so many times about Obama.
This forum has lib h**ers, conservative h**ers alike. The question is, as I have asked a few times on this forum, what is being done NOW to make America better? Is opening the borders good for America? Is being dependent on foreign oil good for America? Is mandatory v*****es good for America?

No, none of those are OK and cotributing to National debt isn't either. I propose a bill to pay our debts only, NO new spending- that's 0 $ for new spending. No more i******s either, close the f..ung border.

An immigration policy that follows America’s values and commitments is good for the nation, a serious shift to renewable energy is good for the nation and world. V******tions to stop the spread of a disease that has k**led more Americans than Hitler and Tojo combined during the Second World War is good for America.

You obviously weren't paying attention. The majority of Republicans v**ed against Obama policies, not Obama the person.

Most times Kool Aid is just Kool Aid. Nothing nefarious. I stand by my assessment. Most republicans oppose the progressive socialist agenda regardless of who the mouth piece is.

Parky, While that isn't true, there is just enough fact in it that it should be addressed. It is absolutely true that I would have v**ed for any candidate over Trump. Trump is a genuine danger to democracy in this republic, and a sociopath! That is not hyperbole, that is the t***h.
Having said that, Biden wasn't my first choice, but is a man of moderate ideology, vast experience , and above all, he appears to be a reasonable and compassionate man. Let's not forget that he has a divided party, a first class public health p******c, and lots of things on his plate at the same time.
Biden's main problem is a Republican Party that will absolutely not v**e for anything the Democrats bring up. Not approving an extension of the debt, goes way past legitimate party politics, since it has a consequence to the economy. Not paying your debts is a big no-no in the world of power politics, and there will be hell to pay. No doubt, the Republicans will blame the Democrats for not doing what is absolutely necessary for the health and honor of the republic.

Parky, While that isn't true, there is just enough... (
show quote)
The Republicans never said they won't pay our debts, they said we need to stop adding to the debt. That's a big difference.
Why would a sane rational person v**e for a twice impeached bungler surrounded by crazy staff and political cohorts. The logical thing to have done was v**e against insanity not embrace it.

The only difference is that with not liking Obama and v****g for Trump, it worked out well for our Country. That can hardly be said this time.
