Who is to lose in a priority choice, the person who made their own free choice to take chances with getting intensive care level sick, or the person needing life saving care through no choice of their own...better hope I'm not on the panel that prioritizes who gets the care...cause you made the choice, you pay the price, possibly with your life...
But do not think that you have every right to that care over someone else...this is a reality of formally declaring Crisis Standards Of Care. Doctors, nurses, or consultants will be making this choice.
