One: I’m far from being a millennial.

Two: My Reagan reference was in regard to a time frame, not his competency as President. You might be able to read but I question your comprehension sk**ls.

Three: Growing demand is the leading cause of increased home values.

Four: Since 1980, college tuition has increased 1200% and the CPI has increased 236%. Why are college administrators never questioned about the rising cost?

Five: Since 1980, median wage, in terms of real wage, has increased 8.8%.

I suggest you put some thought into your future responses and try to stay on topic. You missed the mark my friend, even with the tangent comments you borrowed from someone else.
