Judge Emmet Sullivan the same Judge who wouldn't drop case against Michael Flynn even though DOJ wanted to drop it!!!
So now this POS Judge is okay with families who have tested positive with C***d or who haven't been tested at all to come to the States?????...What kind of i***t does that??? CDC said it's not good idea for i******s to come here because of C***d! .....Title 42 should be kept until C***d is over! PERIOD!!!

It will probably have to. Sullivan refused to dismiss Flynn's case even after the DOJ dismissed the charges and no one was prosecuting the case. This i***t took it upon himself to hire outside attorneys and appeal. And when he lost there, 2 to 1, he asked for a rehearing. He was determined to take Flynn down no matter what. So don't expect him to go away quietly over this, either. If it goes all the way to SCOTUS and he loses, he has nowhere else to go. But I would expect it to come to that.
