This on one hand should have never happened...but on the other hand this was a president that got rid of dozens of people in the positions to stand up to him, where it was their jobs to stand up to an out of control president...

...then there is the fact that congress needs to take back the control it is supposed to have over the executive branch and the commander in chief.

Congress has no control over the President or the Executive Branch and absolutely none over the Commander in Chief. Their only remedy is to impeach. They did that.

As for out of control; Trump was never out of control. Washington just h**ed his style.

Congress does not have control over the Executive Branch and the president.

Separation of Powers. Ever heard of it?

Article I, Section 1
All LEGISLATIVE Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Article II, Section 1
The EXECUTIVE Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

Article III, Section 1
The JUDICIAL Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

Remember Trump releasing the transcript...and the call? That was hard data. I can deal with hard data. I haven't seen one or heard the call. All I've heard is hearsay.

This is all really fishy to me. The media is up to something. Anything they run with needs to be run in slow motion and watched from all angles like the replay in a football game...over the course of days.

For this reason I quit paying attention to network media as my primary source of information.

No kidding! The Commander in Chief cannot even be impeached when acting in that capacity.

Impreachment is complete once the articles are presented. In the Senate it was determined that the articles were not enough to have any results other then accepting his actions. The same thing happened to Clinton he had his hand slapped but stayed in office.

It's nothing, senior military folk from different countries talk to each other rather frequently. Besides, in this situation, the threat was short lived so the promise of a heads up expired when the threat did.

No. Shutting the e******ns down on e******n night and suddenly finding nothing but Biden v**es in a few key areas isn't normal behavior either.

That wasn't what you said when Flynn did it.
