I have a question, for anybody out there who wants to pitch in.
California has the world's 6th largest economy, and it produces 1/7 of the United States GDP.
My question is this: In your opinion, if the United States Federal government had not been bailing out California debt, would they have already have declared bankruptcy? If not, how much longer would they have been able to delay it?
