Exactly! Manchin has been doing it for years. Always talks a good game, tries to pretend he's a moderate, but then ends up v****g with the dems every time. I haven't believed anything he's said about being against this massive robbery of taxpayers because this is his mo. He's gonna v**e for and we all know it. I guess Warner has decided there's something he wants, too.
