In that particular case it doesn't matter that Biden isn't aware. In fact, it might be helpful for him to continue pissing them off.

Biden's immediate handler, Obama, is answerable to the Bankster Cabal more directly and knows he's replaceable. He has to get some kind of positive result for the old boy or his demise will happen before they're ready.
