In the course of human events, it becomes necessary to remove a tyrant from power. It is the right of the people to grant power to whom they chose to lead them. It is also the right of the people to remove the power from the tyrant that abuses such power. This is thus the actions of one Joseph Biden.
In a contested e******n, Joseph Biden assumed the role as President of the United States. The clock of his administration began on J****** 6, 2001. Congress approved of his right to claim the Presidency. He was thus sworn in as President. And from that day forth until now, he has proven to be a tyrant and continues to walk in the paths of other tyrants, thus compromising the common peace of all those who are citizens of this great nation, the United States of America.
We, the free citizens of the United States, do hereby declare to all, the reasons why Joseph Biden should not be President, and why we, free citizens of these United States should take back the power we gave him.
1. Treason- Treason is Defined in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1, as: "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court"
a. Count 1 of Treason: On or about August 31, 2021, Joseph Biden knowingly and willingly left Americans and their Allies, as well as their partners to be brutally assaulted and/or k**led by the agents of Terrorism. These agents of Terrorisms are known as the Islamic Terrorist group "The Taliban", who gave aid and comfort to al-Qaeda. al-Qaeda is a known terrorist group, who was responsible for the murder of thousands of Americans on September 11, 2001. Their leader, one Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind behind those attacks, was k**led by Americans on May 2, 2011.
b Count 2 of Treason: In Joe Biden's haste to get American soldiers out of the country of Afghanistan, Joe Biden gave comfort and aid to the Taliban, and its affiliates to include ISIS-k and al-Qaeda. This action of leaving behind billions of dollars of US Military Equipment to be taken by the Taliban and its affiliates, is giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
c Count 3 of Treason: His actions by his hasty action of withdrawal then relied on the enemy to provide security for our forces resulting in the death of 13 service members.
2. Treason: Levying open warfare against American Citizens.
a. Count 4 of Treason: To deflect from the disaster of the withdraw of Afghanistan, he then commands all Americans to inject into their bodies a substance called a v*****e against their will. He commands this without Federal power, thus isolating governors of various states, and isolating it to one particular party. As leader of a free society, and using powers not vested in the federal government but reserved to the states, he virtually usurps various state powers. In doing so he threatens the safety and security of Americans.
3. Conduct unbecoming of a United States President

e. Count 5. For destroying trust of the people towards the Federal Government.
Conclusion:
I have disagreed with the Democrat Presidents of my lifetime. I disagreed with Carter, Clinton, and Obama before. I charged Obama with treason for B******i. But Obama's crime of treason is nothing like Joe Biden's charge. At least Obama showed remorse in his mistake and his secretary of State, Hillary Clinton resigned over that affair. Obama also traded a t*****r/deserter for five terrorists that are now in power within the Taliban. This offense hurt me back in the last decade but the actions of Joe Biden are 100 times worse.
I've lived through Republican Presidents as well. Regan, Bush Sr, Bush Jr, and Trump. Without question, Reagan was the best of the four republicans followed up closely by Trump, then Bush Sr and then finally Bush Jr. However, the difference in the Republicans and the Democrats is in strength. Reagan, Trump, and Bush Sr. were not afraid to follow through on their threats to protect this country. Nor was Clinton and Obama, to be fair. However in my opinion, Jimmy Carter, Joe Biden and George Bush Jr. were too weak.
Jimmy Carter allowed the terrorists to take Americans Hostage in 1979, and Biden now has millions of Americans, and their partners and allies trapped behind enemy lines. Biden allowed the Taliban, who harbors terrorists, to take hostages. He gave the Taliban our fortune and fellow citizens to be ransomed at a later date.
Therefore, I do not care if you are a Democrat or a Republican. I don't care if you are a progressive, liberal, or a conservative. What I do care about is that you are an American. Even though this administration cares not about the American citizen, I do. To be an American is a great honor! And Damn it is time for my fellow Americans to stand up for each other. For if we do not stand together for being American, then 9/11 was lost and the Taliban won!
Before responding to me in anger, fear, h**e, or love, or even complement me for this post, take a moment and remember what has happened since September 11, 2001. Think of all of those who died such that we are free. Would you let that freedom go in vain with a tyrant like Joe Biden as your president?
If my words lead to the impeachment of Joe Biden, I say to Kamala Harris this warning, "You saw what happened to Joe Biden for his tyrannical policies, you are the Vice President, therefore, if we impeach Joe, then you are our president. Do not make the mistakes he has made, and we the American Republic will judge you on your actions not your words. But if you fail to faithfully carry out your duties, you too shall be removed from office."
If you are appointed to an office, either by appointment or e******n, the American Public entrusts you to faithfully carry out your duties as written. Each and every person is different, for example Achilles, Perseus, Theseus, Odysseus, and Hercules, were great Greek heroes made to be leaders of their people in their own time. Legends are written about them. But they are all different.
Therefore it is okay to be Republican and have a Democrat as president. And it is also okay to have a Republican President and be a Democrat. What this generation and what the Biden's of this world must learn, is that no body controls no one. Only Parents are entrusted to control their children not control Adults who are free.
This is the problem isn't it? When people come into power they seek to "control" when the best form of control is the spontaneous free agreement of one man to their fellow man. This spontaneous free agreement wins wars, and brings peace. Not fear and force, nor creating robots out of men.
Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to much suffering. Much suffering leads to s***ery. S***ery leads to freedom. Freedom leads to fear, if the free are not educated on how to think, not what to think. Good nite all.

Ah Pete, I. Not talking as a conservative but as a soldier. Before I'm a conservative I'm American first. And that means I'm I free spirit and a free thinker. I know how to think and I don't let others tell me what to think. That's a true American.
