The following is a post ( short version) from another Forum,an American abroad concerned about his home state,whom was asked to steer clear of politics, however since We cover so many different topics it really is not a surprise to read something from someone who cares,this is how forums operate. it is being put in non political because some people actually don’t care,while others do. 👀

The cliche used to be, strictly speaking, a metaphor. The idiomatic “a hill to die on” is no longer entirely metaphorical when it comes to c****av***s in general and v*****e mandates in particular. One could literally die on that hill. The hill Ohio congressman Jim Jordan recently died on metaphorically was his tweet that v*****e mandates are “un-American.” It’s not known if Jordan is v******ted or not, but mandating v*****es is emphatically not un-American. Just ask George Washington.
It turns out that the proverbial “Father of the Nation” and commander in chief of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War required that his troops be immunized after a smallpox outbreak. It was a bold decision, unprecedented up to that time. But it may have made enough of a difference to determine the outcome of the Revolutionary War. Had Washington not mandated the smallpox v*****e it’s possible there wouldn’t be a United States of America today.
One American who would have whole-heartedly agreed with Washington”s v*****e mandate was Benjamin Franklin. Franklin’s greatest regret in life was not getting his four year old son v******ted. His son died in 1736 of smallpox.
Back then Franklin wasn’t opposed to v******tion — quite the contrary, he was very much in favor of it — but the usually industrious scientist and statesman just didn’t get around to it in time. His child died as a result of Franklin’s rare indolence. Not getting his son v******ted became the single greatest barrier to Franklin’s ultimate happiness. So much for v*****e mandates being “un-American.”
Congressman Jordan is just wrong. There’s more than enough history to show we have a precedent for requiring v*****es that goes all the way to George Washington,” Julian E. Zelizer, a political historian at Princeton University, said. “This claim that it’s somehow un-American doesn’t match with the actual historical record. I don’t think there’s much of an argument here.” The good old boys in Ohio would disagree, if they even knew what a Princeton professor of political history was. They are unlikely to ever hear such things on Fox or Newsmax or OAN.

what part of the first line or the first paragraph escapes some people that it is an ongoing topic conversation elsewhere,obviously shared with the wrong people? it will not happen anymore since nobody sees past their noses on anything on bulletin boards.

Tactless, the smallpox v*****e was a true v*****e. Washington only ordered his men to be v******ted, not everyone in the country.
This c***d death shot is NOT.a true v*****e. It is an unsafe gene therapy meant to alter a person's DNA permanently. It causes the cells to produce spike proteins with NO off switch. These spike proteins lodge themselves in veins and arteries and damage red blood cells as they pass by causing blood clots that cause heart attacks and strokes. When the body is full of these spike proteins you will start shedding them and infecting other people. C***d19 is part A of a biological weapon and the so called v*****e is part B. All of this was facilitated by the t*****r Dr. Fauchi. The v***s originated in a US CDC lab and when Obummer outlawed g**n of f******n research in this country, Fauchi sent the v***s sample to Canada with money and it was forwarded to China along with the money. Fauchi is collaborating with the Chinese and Bill Gates and others to k**l off several Billion people. Please do a little research before opening your mouth and proving how really ignorant you are. BTW, this "v*****e " also contains graphene oxide, antifreeze and a parasite like component that helps it attach to the cells. Google graphene oxide and you will find out that it is poisonous not to mention the antifreeze.

Decades ago the American people were told they need to take an active role in their own health care. It was up to them to research the medicines they were taking, so they, (speaking with their doctors,) could make informed decisions about their own care. But now that there are experimental drugs being pushed upon the citizenry, (and thousands of doctors world wide,) have in fact warned against these "v*****es", that are not actually v*****es, we are told to not research these drugs, but just shut up and take the injection. These experimental drugs have for over 20 yeas been unable to gain FDA approval, and have only been able to be offered to the public by this E*******y Use A***********n, and what is worse there is NO liability for the many already known short and long term side effects. And again we are now told, don't research, shut-up, do as you are told and accept the injection(s). Not wait and see if the worst of what may happen with these drugs DOES happen, just shut-up and do as you are told. That is hardly common sense. That is suspending your reasoning
